Wow. This looks amazing. How does everybody else get to do these things? I think I'm in the wrong business.

I'm a SALESMAN Colton if you know what I'm talking about lol :) The trip was amazing but the only reason I went was because I didn't pay for it and it was a gift from my wifes family. Anyways it was funny, I was quoted $800 to go out for 12 hours to sailfish. I said no wayno and called back two days later and the gal told me to give Eduardo $140 cash at the pier and he would be sure to help me get a sailfish. Not a bad deal I reckon!

Looks gorgeous. Did you go and try to catch all the little turtles? You know that's what I'd be trying to do....
Did you get to keep the fish?

The resort had a huge nest of turtle eggs and they hatched so we were letting them go back into the ocean. It's amazing that out of hundreds of turtles, not one went the wrong direction. They all B-lined straight into the ocean. They were so cute and their little shells were so soft. 5 minutes after they were released we kept seeing sting rays just flying out of the water eating them up. I think they say in the wild 1 out of 1000 survive. I had an opportunity to keep the fish but it was way too costly to do so. I was given the option of what I wanted to do with the fish so I gave it to the poor/hungry. It was awesome to see 7 humpback whales from a distance. Overall fun trip but after about the 5-6th day I wanted to come back. 9 days was too long.

You're nuts. 9 days too long?!! I would start looking for a job and a rental and get comfy! Seriously.

how fun! But how is it we live much closer and can't seem to make the time??

It's funny you say that. When I was in Arizona it seems I did and saw nothing!!!! Kinda weird if you think about it. I lived in Az for I dont know how many years and still to this day, have never seen the Grand Canyon. I'm coming down with the family for about a week around Christmas so I think on the way back up we're going to try.

A shot of sun, sea, and palm trees probably does wonders in winter. Kind of breaks up some of the relentless cold some years. I remember dad and Shaun going sail fishing when I was about 11 or 12.

Dad just left. We got down the tamale thing and now we are rolling. We made about 30 dozen the first 5 days he was here. We learned all the recipe and art of it and we made another 24 dozen last week with probably another 7-8 dozen ready, we just need some corn husks. Let me tell you, you have friends come out of the wood work when you start giving tamales away for christmas. Guys that hate your guts and would just as soon spit in your eye are naming their kids after you and raking the leaves in your front yard.... Merry Christmas! We mailed our 3 anual DVD on Friday. Hope you all enjoy it.

My stomach hurts from laughing Sherdon! I too have noticed interesting behavior around Dads tamales. I had a couple dozen at work years ago and brought a dozen to share with some friends and I had people offering me $7 for ONE tamale. Crazy!!! Have a Merry Christmas!

Hey, Caleb and I went there on our honeymoon. I'm pretty sure I even snorkeled around that rock. A boat took us there and dropped us off at a place with those umbrella thingies and didn't pick us up for like 10 hours. I still remember the sunburn I got. And that's exactly where I lost my wedding ring swimming. And where Caleb got food poisoning and puked for the rest of the trip. And where I got pregnant on birth control. Good times. Good times.

Puerto Vallarta may you rot in hell.
